The 18,000 sq. ft. Fitness & Wellness Center at Brunswick Forest represents a state-of-the-art amenity considered one of the largest and best equipped in the area.
Built over a period of more than 18 months, the multi-million dollar facility is reserved for Brunswick Forest property owners and their guests and is the latest addition to an extensive line of amenities at the 4,500-acre master planned community.
The Fitness & Wellness Center includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool with wade-in entry, expansive sun deck and snack bar; hard surface tennis courts and pro shop; sport court for basketball and pickleball; aerobics studio; cardiovascular equipment room; expansive men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and steam rooms; meeting rooms; lounge and juice bar.
Wellness programs are offered through New Hanover Regional Medical Center, which has a superb medical facility in The Villages of Brunswick Forest commercial center at the community’s entrance. In addition to evaluations and screenings, New Hanover offers lectures, demonstrations and seminars on various aspects of wellness and health.
