February 2, 2009 - Shelmore and The Villages
Construction progress is an odd thing to watch. Things happen quickly, then seem to slow, then suddenly speed up again. Here we have more of the New Hanover Regional Medical Center taking shape, and then a cut to the finishing touches at Shelmore.
