New Hanover Regional Medical Center - The largest health care provider in the region, New Hanover Regional Medical Center staffs a 40,000 square foot medical office building, offering a comprehensive slate of outpatient medical services.

CVS Pharmacy - Comprehensive pharmacy services in a full-service CVS.  CVS Corporation is the largest drugstore chain in the United States operating more than 4,100 stores in 27 states in the northeastern, mid-Atlantic, southeastern, and midwestern regions of the country and in the District of Columbia.

BB&T Bank - A full-service BB&T branch office is now operating at Brunswick Forest, representing its 13th location in the Greater Wilmington area.

Frank Theatres - Founded in 1921 by Samuel Frank and still owned and operated by second and third generation Frank family members, the company now has 18 locations with several more in the advanced planning stages.  Planned for Brunswick Forest is a multiplex family entertainment center.

Lowes Foods - Lowes Foods began in 1954 as a single store in Wilkesboro, NC and has grown to become a major supermarket chain operating in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. 

Hampton Inn - A Hampton Inn is planned for The Villages at Brunswick Forest with construction to begin sometime next year.  The facility will serve the growing Leland area and will also house Brunswick Forest sales prospects arriving on Coastal Discovery Tours.

Port City Java - Port City Java is a full-service cafe at The Villages.  Established in 1995 in Wilmington, NC, Port City Java has grown to include more than 40 cafes and coffeehouses in five states and three countries, as well as a roastery in Wilmington.
