J. C. Reynolds Builders
J. C. Reynolds started his building career in 1952, becoming licensed in 1958.
After becoming licensed he established J.C. Reynolds Builders that same year and later went on to become one of the largest builders/developers in Piedmont NC.
After the building down turn of the early 1970’s, J.C. moved to South
Carolina where he became licensed and transitioned into commercial and restaurant construction in North and South Carolina for the next eight years.
After being partners in a construction company in Wilmington NC for a number of years, J. C. decided to move to Wilmington and go back into land development and new home construction. Now along with his son Kevin they have continued to develop small communities and build custom and speculative homes in Pender County for the last 25 years. With more than 50 plus years in the building industry they continue to give the personal touch to their clients, and feel they are one of few builders that still take an everyday hands on approach to construction.
