Penton New Homes is a division of Penton Development, Inc., a full service real estate development company that has been building residential properties in the Wilmington area for over 20 years.

Owner and principal, Howard A. Penton III, is a Wilmington native who started his career in the real estate and construction industry in 1988.

Howard is actively involved in every step of the construction process, from design to final finishes. By having skilled craftsmen as direct employees a quality product is produced every time and our team takes great pride in its work.
