Hearthside Builders, Inc.
Owners Sandy D. Wood, Alan Brock and Joy W. Gurley began developing and building communities as a team in 1993 and have since developed twelve communities in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties totaling more than 1,400 homes. Their most recent, Jefferson Landing at Brunswick Forest, was developed as a joint venture with Premier Homes of Wilmington, Inc., as the first residential village in Brunswick Forest. With 278 homesites, Jefferson Landing is expected to be completed by December 2007. Utilizing the Jefferson Landing group of builders, Hearthside and Premier also joined forces on 82 homesites in Parkview at Brunswick Forest, including construction of the ten Dream Street model homes.
