Ashwood at Brunswick forest is the latest community to be constructed by Hearthside Builders, Inc. Owners Sandy D. Wood, Alan Brock and Joy W. Gurley began developing and building communities as a team in 1993 and have since developed twelve communities in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties totaling more than 1,400 homes. They have also been involved as Brunswick Forest builders in the highly successful communities of Jefferson Landing, Gardenwood, Parkview and the ten model homes of Dream Street.
