Green Homebuilding Pioneers
The Green Home was built by Chris Senior, owner of AnchorageBuildingCorp.com, one of North Carolina’s leading green homebuilders. Senior has been committed to energy-efficient technology and sustainable materials since the 1970s.  With the Green Home, the first of many planned for Brunswick Forest, Senior brings energy-efficient, environmentally sound building into the mainstream.  
    
To reduce the environmental impact and provide efficiencies, the Green Home was systems engineered by Haven Custom Homes, manufacturer of the 2007 Southern Living Idea House.
