Historic Wilmington and the Cape Fear Coast
Brunswick Forest is located just 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC on US Hwy 17 South.  Many say that the rapid success of the Brunswick Forest community is due in part to its proximity to this jewel of the Coastal South on the Cape Fear Coast.

Located in the southeastern part of the state, it is home to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship Memorial, the Cape Fear Museum, Airlie Gardens, and a large historic district. It is convenient to nearby beaches, and is a relatively short drive from the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill), Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, SC, and the I-95 corridor.

Most of all, Wilmington and the Cape Fear Coast is at the nexus of a growing influx of people who have found the area’s gentle ways and temperate climes the perfect place to enjoy all that the Coast South has to offer.
