The past weekend at Brunswick Forest was a flurry of activity. We kicked-off the 3rd Annual Brunswick Forest Summer Concert Series with the funky, party tunes of Soul Power Posse. Then, followed up the concert with the Grand Opening of Hammock Lake, the latest amenity to grace the long list of first-class facilities Brunswick Forest has in place.
At Hammock Lake, we kicked back to tunes brought to us specially by our local DJ, Rodney "The Music Man" Axsom; we snacked lakeside to our heart's delight on the best burgers and dogs offered by Cape Fear National; then topped off the day with our first-ever Cardboard Boat Regatta, a 300-yard dash across the pristine waters of Hammock Lake...first one to the beach wins! Lastly, we wrapped the weekend on a high note...seven new families joined Brunswick Forest...music to everyone's ears! We look forward to the next summer concert on July 8th with Mike Edwards and The Banned and to welcoming more new families to Brunswick Forest, the Coastal South's fastest growing community.
