Brunswick Forest is pleased to announce four new additions to its team of quality builders. Tribute Homes, Liberty Homes, Southern Home Builders Inc. and 70 West Builders join Brunswick Forest in providing homeowners with well-crafted homes that will reflect the high levels of quality and integrity that have made Brunswick Forest so successful. “Each of these new builders brings something unique to the table,” says Brunswick Forest Director of Sales, Jerry Helms, “but they are also similar to those already on our team, in that they focus on marrying the style of home they build with the lifestyle at Brunswick Forest.”
A Carefully Selected Team
Brunswick Forest remains a very desirable community to local and regional builders. “I field calls frequently from others who want to build in the neighborhood,” says Helms. “We could easily have 30 companies in our preferred builder program, but we choose to maintain a relationship with select, quality builders who meet our high standard of excellence.”
Brunswick Forest’s developers look for builders who are progressive and can offer the most stylish and innovative home designs. “We prefer builders with diverse portfolios,” says Helms. “We want companies on our team that can cater to the needs of homeowners, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all approach. Because we constantly survey potential homeowners, we are aware of what people are looking for in a new home. We also travel around the country looking at different types of homes, so we can continue to bring the best possible product to our customers.”

The home was designed in collaboration with the award-winning Soucie Horner firm, with elements of luxury and functionality in the forefront of the design process.”
