Brunswick Forest is proud to present a new neighborhood inspired by the architecture and ambiance of the Old South. Cypress Pointe made its official debut this week, becoming yet another fantastic addition to this award-winning community.

OLD WORLD SOUTHERN AMBIANCE
Brunswick Forest’s developer drew inspiration for the new neighborhood from classic Southern cities like Wilmington, Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. The homes of Cypress Pointe feature classic Southern architectural elements like deep front porches, stately columns, detailed window trim, brick courtyards, plantation shutters, brick courtyards, and an Old South-inspired color palette. The classic Southern theme is further reflected in the neighborhood’s landscaping which includes crepe myrtles, magnolias and live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss.

PRIME LOCATION
Cypress Pointe is located within walking distance to several of Brunswick Forest’s most sought-after amenities, like Hammock Lake, the new Hammock Pool, and the golf course at Cape Fear National. Like the rest of the community, Cypress Pointe will have small, pocket parks nestled within the neighborhood and will be connected to the rest of Brunswick Forest’s parks and amenities by the community’s signature wide, paved walkways.
