WATER TOURS WITH MAHANAIM ADVENTURES
As a resident of Brunswick Forest, you get access to events and activities almost every day of the week! Our Fitness and Wellness Center staff does a fantastic job planning unique activities like our 2 Hour Artist painting events, informational seminars and kayak adventure tours. Our seasonal water tours with Mahanaim Adventures allow residents to explore area waterways via kayak with experienced professionals.

BLACK RIVER NATURE TOUR
Cape Fear Riverboats offers a four-hour Black River Nature Tour narrated by coastal ecologist, Andy Wood. Experience breathtaking scenery while on the tour, and get up close and personal with local wildlife like river otters, turtles, deer, black bears, fox and rare species of fish and neo-tropical songbirds.

BLACK WATER ADVENTURE CRUISE
Wilmington Water Tours offers a variety of tours and cruises including the Blackwater Adventure Cruise of the northeast Cape Fear River. See the land much the way it was centuries ago while cruising through the Castle Hayne Aquifer and by the bluffs of the Rose Hill Plantation. Cruise rates and schedules vary by season and tours depart at 10 am from the Wilmington Riverwalk.

WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH SCENIC CRUISES AND ECO-TOURS
Join Captain Joe Abbate, the Cape Fear Naturalist, for a cruise and guided tour of Masonboro Island. Visitors will have an opportunity to explore this pristine barrier island that is only accessible by boat. Special fall birding, shelling and fishing tours are also available. All Wrightsville Beach Scenic Tours depart from the Blockade Runner Resort.
