We’re quickly approaching our final Brunswick Forest Sales Event of the year and with six events already checked off our list, we’re hoping to make this Homecoming Celebration one for the books!
Rounding out the year, we have our November Homecoming Celebration from November 9-11 and our final sales event of the year is sure to impress. Each of our sales event weekends include a personalized tour of Brunswick Forest that gives you a glimpse of the amenity-rich lifestyle and fabulous real estate offerings that can be yours, including a complete inventory of model homes and move-in ready homes from the $300s to the $800s, as well as premier home sites from the $60s.
Check out our newly released neighborhoods including The Lakes and Cypress Pointe II and Cypress Pointe II Towns. Weekend guests will also have a chance to take a sneak peek at our soon to be opened neighborhood, Park West, which features homes and price points reflective of the popular Parkway Crossing community.
During your down time venture into historic downtown Wilmington and our area’s beautiful beaches as you take part in our signature sightseeing excursions. Included in your weekend package, guests are able to choose from cruising down the Cape Fear River with Wilmington Water Tours, exploring downtown via horse and carriage with Wilmington’s Horse Drawn Carriage & Trolley Service, or play a round of golf at Cape Fear National, our award-winning championship course located in our signature Cape Fear National neighborhood.

NOVEMBER HOMECOMING CELEBRATION – November 9th-11th, 2018
THURSDAY
- Welcome reception at the Welcome Center. Drop in for cranberry punch and cheers-worthy appetizers.
FRIDAY
- Help yourself to the exceptional amenities at Brunswick Forest, and be sure to venture out to see what the surrounding area has to offer.
- Dinner and music in Historic Downtown Wilmington. You’ll enjoy a taste of local life there, and then explore a bit more of the lively downtown atmosphere on your own.
SATURDAY
- Fly-fishing demonstration at Hammock Lake.
- Lunchtime Fun & Games: Lunch is served as you play corn hole and horse shoes, and watch the featured football games on TV. Wander over to the Community Craft Fair at the Fitness & Wellness Center.
- Stop by a gorgeous model home for some refreshments in the afternoon.
- Tailgate at the Clubhouse: Wear your favorite team’s jersey as you mix and mingle. Enjoy a delicious dinner under the tent in what may be your most upscale, downhome tailgate ever.
SUNDAY
- Spend the morning at your leisure, either enjoying the community or exploring the region.
- Join us for lunch at another model home before you depart.
