Gerry and Jane Sunderland originally from Massachusetts, live in Park Landing and confess living in Brunswick Forest is like “being on vacation every day!”  They love the assortment of activities offered from pickleball and tennis to the miles of walking, biking and nature trails.  They love where they live and this new chapter they’ve started in their lives.

John and Jeanne Harms went on a four-year search for the perfect retirement community and landed in Brunswick Forest.  Jeanne loves to cook and entertain and John loves to read.  Both have forged new friendships through the clubs and classes offered in Brunswick Forest.  The couple has also enjoyed getting to know the Leland and Wilmington area better and now claim “We liked it from the start, but now we’re in love with the area!”

Howard Cohen and Janice Janken are explorers at heart from traveling to a new country to adventuring down a new trail.  That’s just one of the things they love about Brunswick Forest — the 100+ miles of walking, biking and nature trails.  They also love their prime location to downtown Wilmington and area beaches!
