“Brunswick Forest is a friendly, open and welcoming community,” says Marsh Balsinger, one of Brunswick Forest’s newest residents.

Jack and Marsha Balsinger, who now call the Walden neighborhood home, originally hail from the Maryland area having recently made the move down South.

Starting the year in a new community has turned out to be a great decision for the Balsingers who have easily transitioned in to their new Brunswick Forest lifestyle. “We love all of the activities and amenities that are available” comments Masha who participates in Mahjonng and exercise classes at the Fitness and Wellness Center. The couple both enjoy kayaking, the Brunswick Forest bicycle group and the monthly wine series events at The Forest.

Marsha, a self-proclaimed “beach bum” and her husband, Jack were familiar with the Wilmington area, but once they set their eyes on Brunswick Forest they both agreed that this was the place for them!

The Balsingers credit their move to Brunswick Forest to the amenities and to the Brunswick Forest Builder Team. The ability to take full advantage of the Brunswick Forest lifestyle and the continued growth of Leland has offered this couple tons of options for activities and given them the everyday conveniences like shopping and dining that they were used to in Maryland.
